1. What May Be Raised as a Grievance

A grievance may relate to matters including:

an order; payment; refund; cancellation; delivery; return; product information; alleged defect; website issue; privacy concern; customer support experience; or another matter relating to Vaber Weaves.

2. How to Submit a Formal Grievance

Please include sufficient information for us to investigate, preferably:

order number, if applicable; full name; registered email/mobile number; description of grievance; relevant dates; and supporting documents/photos where useful.

3. Complaint Reference

Where applicable, a complaint/ticket/reference number will be generated or provided so that the grievance may be identified and tracked.

4. Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge receipt of a formal consumer grievance within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Resolution Timeline

We will endeavour to redress a consumer grievance within one month from the date of receipt, subject to the complexity of the matter and any information reasonably required from the complainant.

Where additional time is reasonably required, we will endeavour to communicate the status appropriately.

6. Investigation

The Grievance Officer may request:

order records; photographs or videos; payment information; courier information; return-inspection findings; communication records; or other information reasonably required to investigate the complaint.

7. Good-Faith Resolution

Vaber Weaves will attempt to resolve complaints fairly and in accordance with:

our published policies; the facts of the transaction; and applicable Indian law.

8. Escalation and Mediation

If a grievance cannot be resolved internally, the parties may, where appropriate and mutually acceptable, attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, applicable e-commerce rules or other applicable law, including approaching an appropriate consumer forum or competent authority.
