Vaber Weaves is the consumer brand/trade name through which Vaber Tex offers products.
In these Terms, “Vaber Weaves,” “Vaber Tex,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer, as applicable, to Vaber Tex operating under the Vaber Weaves brand.
By accessing the website, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced herein.
1. Eligibility
You should be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to independently place an order.
Persons under 18 should use the website only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
2. Territory
Vaber Weaves currently sells and ships products within India only.
The website may technically be accessible outside India, but such access does not constitute an offer to provide international delivery.
3. Customer Accounts
Customers may be able to purchase using an account or guest checkout.
You are responsible for:
providing accurate information; protecting account credentials; and promptly informing us if unauthorised account activity is suspected.
We may take reasonable action to protect accounts or transactions where fraud or misuse is suspected.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, videos, fabric information, colours, measurements and other details.
Customers should review the individual product page before purchasing.
Textile products may contain reasonable variations as described in our Product Disclaimer.
5. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to a cart or wishlist does not reserve inventory.
An order remains subject to successful processing and confirmation.
Where stock becomes unavailable because of an inventory discrepancy or another genuine operational issue, we may cancel the affected product/order and refund any amount collected for it.
6. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
The total amount payable, including any compulsory applicable charge, will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
Standard shipping is currently free within India.
COD carries a ₹99 fee, where selected and available.
7. Pricing and Technical Errors
Although reasonable care is taken, an obvious typographical, pricing, technical or system error may occasionally occur.
For example, a product ordinarily priced at ₹4,999 could accidentally be displayed at ₹49 because of a technical issue.
Where a genuine and obvious error occurs, Vaber Weaves reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to correct the error and cancel the affected order.
Any amount actually collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
8. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from subsequently cancelling an order for legitimate reasons such as:
inventory unavailability; payment failure; inability to service the supplied address; suspected fraud; obvious pricing error; or legal/regulatory requirements.
We will not cancel orders arbitrarily.
9. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Online transactions may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.
Customers should never share their OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or online-banking password with any person claiming to represent Vaber Weaves.
10. Cash on Delivery
COD may be offered for eligible orders and PIN codes.
The applicable COD fee is ₹99.
Repeated refusal of genuine COD shipments or repeated avoidable RTO incidents may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Ready-stock orders are ordinarily dispatched within 48–72 hours.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 7–10 business days depending on PIN code, courier availability and circumstances.

12. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours after placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
Once dispatched, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation under the ordinary cancellation facility.

13. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must ordinarily be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Vaber Weaves does not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns and currently does not offer exchanges.
Products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, materially not as described, or otherwise protected by applicable law will be handled in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Alterations and Customisation
Products on which customer-requested fall, pico, tassels, stitching, cutting, customisation or another irreversible alteration has been performed will generally become non-returnable, subject to rights relating to genuine defects, incorrect products or other non-excludable legal remedies.
15. Offers, Coupons and Promotions
Promotional codes, launch offers, discounts and other promotions may have separate eligibility conditions, expiry periods and restrictions.
Unless prohibited by law, Vaber Weaves may introduce, modify, suspend or withdraw promotional offers.
Promotions cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly stated.
We do not intend to create artificial or misleading discount claims.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Vaber Weaves brand assets and original website content, including the:
Vaber Weaves name; logo; photographs; videos; graphics; website design elements; product copy; written content; campaign material; and other original creative content
are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Vaber Tex.
Such material may not be reproduced, copied, modified, commercially exploited, republished or used to misrepresent an association with Vaber Weaves without appropriate permission, except where legally permitted.
17. Customer Reviews and User Content
Customers may be permitted to submit ratings, reviews, photographs or videos.
Submitted content must not be unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, abusive, obscene, fraudulent or misleading.
By intentionally submitting content for display as a website review, you authorise Vaber Weaves to display that content in connection with the relevant product/review function.
Where appropriate, separate consent will be obtained before using identifiable customer photographs/videos in materially separate advertising or promotional campaigns.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, while not manipulating reviews to create false customer impressions.
18. Prohibited Use
You must not use the website to:
commit fraud; interfere with website security; transmit malicious code; scrape or commercially copy protected content without authority; impersonate another person; submit knowingly false reviews; abuse promotional systems; or engage in unlawful activity.
19. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with third parties including:
payment gateways, courier companies, WhatsApp, Meta platforms, analytics providers and other service providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
20. Website Availability
We aim to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Maintenance, software faults, network issues, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vaber Weaves will not be responsible for remote, indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably attributable to a breach by us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
22. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Customers should review that Policy before submitting personal information.

24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory rights available under consumer law and jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be restricted, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with Vaber Weaves will be subject to the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat.
25. Good-Faith Resolution
Before commencing avoidable litigation, we encourage customers to contact Vaber Weaves through our customer support or grievance mechanism so that an attempt can be made to resolve the issue.
Where suitable, the parties may mutually attempt mediation.
This clause does not prevent a consumer from approaching a consumer commission, regulatory authority or other forum where entitled by law.
26. Amendments
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business operations, law, technology or our policies.
The version applicable to a transaction will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of that transaction.
