This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Vaber Weaves, a brand owned and operated by Vaber Tex.
1. Cancellation by Customer
A customer may request cancellation of an order within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been dispatched.
Both conditions apply.
Therefore, if an order is dispatched before the expiry of 48 hours, it can no longer be cancelled under this cancellation facility.

Please provide your order number and registered contact details.
A cancellation request is treated as confirmed only once Vaber Weaves confirms that the cancellation has been accepted.
3. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not ordinarily possible.
Refusing delivery does not automatically convert an order into an approved cancellation or return.
Eligible post-delivery issues will instead be handled under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
4. Prepaid Order Refund
Where an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
We will ordinarily initiate the approved refund within 5–7 business days, although the payment provider or bank may require additional time to credit the amount.
5. COD Orders
COD orders may also be cancelled within the permitted cancellation period provided they have not been dispatched.
The ₹99 COD charge applies only to applicable COD orders and will be transparently disclosed before the order is completed.
6. Cancellation by Vaber Weaves
We may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
inventory mismatch; product unavailability; inability to deliver to the supplied address; suspected fraudulent activity; incorrect pricing caused by a genuine technical error; payment failure; or another legitimate operational or legal reason.
If Vaber Weaves cancels a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled product/order will be refunded.
7. No Unfair Cancellation Charge
Vaber Weaves does not intend to impose an arbitrary cancellation penalty on customers.
Any applicable fee or deduction will be disclosed in advance and applied only where permitted by law.
